I was told that the service would take 4 1/2 - 5 hours. When I arrived, I was asked if I needed a ride home because of the amount of time needed for service. I said no, because of the COVID situation I didn't want to ride in a strange car that may not have been sanitized and in close proximity to a driver that I had no idea who he may have been around. I asked if I could have a loaner car, and was told no and that I had not asked for one to be reserved. My answer was that I was not aware that a reservation request was needed, because on a past similar service ( at this same dealer and location ) a car was OFFERED on the spot by the service rep. I was also told that because I had not made a request, no cars were available. I was left with the alternative of waiting on site until the service work was completed, estimated to be the 4 1/2 - 5 hours. With this disappointment and not being very happy, the good news was that in 1 1/2 hours, the service work was completed. Something is awry in the time scheduling, with this only requiring 1/3 the time quoted.
