We were recommended this company because of our familiarity with the owners daughter, that familiarity is neither enough to compensate for the poor business practices of this establishment, nor the lack of regard for safety of their customers. I will say the service desk is rather skilled in trying to conveniently navigate getting you out the door before you’ve spoken to the manager, so I guess they’ve at bare minimum been trained enough to make customer interactions solely their problem. From my understanding the best way to speak to a manager is by asking the service desk workers several times, then letting the service desk workers know (in front of other customers) about your dissatisfaction until someone finally decides you do have more than enough to warrant the manager come speak to you, but don’t wait there’s more- you’ll have to walk yourself down to his office and interrupt his casual morning conversations with the boys because he was neither concerned enough to come speak to you himself, nor pressed enough to begin his workday.
