Not to the fault of your service center, we had to visit twice. Once for an ignition coil replacement and the second for a catalytic converter. We were travelling from Omaha, NE for a family Soap Box Derby event held in Akron. Jerry Messenger, our service advisor, went above and beyond to get us in and out in a timely fashion. I explained that we had my daughter racing in the world championship race and we needed a vehicle. He found ways to get the car up and running and we didn't miss any of the events! It meant a lot to me. I was initially concerned when he stated that catalytic converter may not be locally available, but he found a solution and had the car back to us that day. Thus avoiding us having to extend our time away as we were 900 miles from home. It is a very well run service center and I can tell the employees take pride in the work they do.
