Only complaint is I didn't get a reply back on my inquire about warrenty covering other services besides the oil change. I'm not sure if all fluids were topped off. Everyone is very nice and I like taking my car to Van Devere.

First of all would like to give a big shout out to RANDY BROWNE !! Randy was my salesman that made buying a new car a breeze Randy explained the pros and cons of buying a new car from Vandevere Buick which then was a no brainer. Why go anywhere else when you can get a 10 star rating from anyone at the Vandevere group. David in financing made the buying experience an even more of a reason to buy from the folks at Vandevere ,HATS off to you Dave for making it as easy as it can get . What an experience! Great sales staff, smooth transition and I left with a gorgeous Buick Encore GX! Couldn't ask for better treatment by the entire group. They live up to their motto of treating customers like family. Even though I live very far away, I would return to VanDevere without any hesitation. Thanks for a very happy experience.

My experiences have generally been good but this one the computers were down, was promised an email copy of my invoice and service sheet which has yet to be received. The paperwork has quotes for future work. Actually this was not a good day for the employees either.

The intermittent problem I was having with vibration in the steering was finally resolved, the mechanic test drove it until the vibration occurred and discovered a collapsed brake line. After approximately $3500 spent this month hopefully the car will be vibration problem is solved. I know intermittent problems are tough to diagnose but the mechanics stuck with it until it was fixed.

As usual I was greeted promptly upon arrival, I stated the reason for my visit and was asked if I needed transportation to my office, I declined. the problem with my car was repaired that day to my satisfaction.

Everyone we talked to was professional, and also friendly and personable. Although it's a very timely process everything went smoothly. Justin Courtney was very informative and helpful. He spent a lot of time going over the features of our brand new 2023 Buick Envision Avenir after the purchase. I would highly recommend VanDevere to my family and friends.
