This recent experience erased the not-so-satisfactory experiences I have had this year--oil change and a guy who moved my car out of the bay took my car keys home and an appointment for a retrograde chip with no chip available was frustrating. However, when I took my car in for that available chip and oil change, etc. this time was entirely different. The girl (Annette?) asked me how I liked my car and I told her I did although I was too short to see well in front and I had to use a cushion to see. Annette and a service worker talked but I didn't realize they must have discussed a way to raise my seat! When I got in the car after the service, the seat was higher and I could see so much better even without the extra cushion! Thank you to the Service Department for fixing my problem that I didn't know could be remedied!!!
