Always busy, therefore; it's being used and trusted but I can get my car in a time slot. I am kept up on any changes with the car at the time of the repair while i wait .the workers which I have seen and known for years are great to work with. Thank you
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was at the wrong entrance for, service (Kia). and I wasn't just pointed in the right direction. Your staff offered to drive me to where I needed to go for service(Buick). I was impressed by your overall customer service.
I wish we would have asked more questions or been shown more options. If I would've known we'd be paying an extra $400 for a paint color, I would've asked to see another color. Our interest rate for financing came in MUCH higher than we were told on the showroom floor when we were deciding how much to put down.
I WAS TOLD THE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR MY CASCADE INTERIM SERVICE WOULD BE 1 HR. AFTER MANY INQUIRIES, IT TOOK OVER 2 HRS. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THAT HAS HAPPENED. THE ONLY POSITIVE WAS LARRY, THE SERVICE PERSON WHO HAS INCLUDED MY NEXT SERVICE FOR NO CHARGE
Beth Thaxton was absolutely wonderful! She worked around my time schedule and limitations. She was extremely flexible and her attitude is what sold me on the vehicle. I will becoming back next december when my other lease ends to get another car from Beth and Vandevere.
while the service department was very professional, courteous and friendly and the service was excellent, my pain point was the length of time it took. Oil change, tire rotation, diagnostics tests really shouldn't take 2 hours.
